The company warrants the product as free of defects in material, design, and workmanship for the specified period from the original date of purchase. (12 months).

  1. The warranty is only valid when the sales receipt & Warranty card is properly completed and upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of the original invoice indicating the date of purchase, dealer’s name, model number, and serial /IMEI number. Company reserves the right to refuse warranty service if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from the dealer.
  2. Company obligations are to the defective part, and at its discretion on replacement of the product (service exchange unit).
  3. Warranty repairs must be carried out at the company Authorized service Locations or company authorized service Centers Only. No reimbursement will be made for repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel, and warranty coverage will not be valid for any repair or damage caused by such unauthorized repairs.
  4. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not give right to extension to or new starting of the period of warranty. Repair or direct replacement under the terms of this warranty may be for fulfilled with functionally equivalent service exchange units.
  5. The warranty is not applicable in cases other than defects in material, design and workmanship.
  6. The warranty does not cover the following:
    • Periodic checks, maintenance, repair and replacement of part due to normal wear and tear. Abuse or misuse, including but not solely limited to the failure to use this
    product for its normal purpose or in accordance with company instruction usage and maintenance
    • Damage caused during the Upgrading of software due to changes in network parameters. (or) Upgrading the phone software without proper knowledge (or) with
    wrong product software (or) with wrong SET software.
    • The product has been used to conjunction of accessories not approved by company for use of this product
    • If there are sign of drop damage (visible as well as non-visible) dent mark, scratches.
    • Damage caused by water and other liquid (see the list of conditions can cause liquid damage)
    • Using the handset in the rain (or) Handling the handset with wet hand (or ) Using the handset when your hair is wet. (or) Leaving the handset in the steamy
    bathroom/shower (or) Taking the handset to the beach and using it in the spray of the surf (or) Accidental spillage of beverage.
    • Perfume or hand/ sustain lotion leaks on keypad when the handset is in beach bag
    • Using the handset when there is an excessive perspiration present
    • Subjecting the handset to condition where the condensation can occur (e.g. using in an air-conditioned car and then carrying it out into the hot sun.)
    • Allowing a child or pet to “mouth” or suck a handset
    • Immersing a handset in any liquid
    • Physical damage such as physical abuse or mishandling of product
    • Any kind of screen Damage (or ) lines on screen will be treated as Out of warranty repairs and Customer should pay for the same.• Failure of the product arising from incorrect installation or use not consistent with technical or safely standards in current force, or failure to comply with product manual instructions.
    • Accidents, Acts of God or any cause beyond the control of company caused by lightening, water, fire, Public disturbances and improper ventilation.
    • Unauthorized modification carried out for the product to comply with local national technical standards in countries for which company product was not originally
    designed.
    • Repair performed by unauthorized services centers such as opening of the product by unauthorized person.
    • The model, serial/IMEI number and product number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible
    • Damage of the battery caused by overcharging or failure to use in accordance with the specific instructions of care outlined in the product manual
    • The batteries are charged by other than company approved battery chargers.
    • Any of the seals on the battery enclosure or cells are broken or show evidence of tampering
    Disclaimer (SIM card and stored data)
    Company is not to be held responsive for ensuring that the SIM card is removed from any returned product, and for saving any stored data, for either in guarantee and
    out of guarantee products.
  7. This warranty does not affect the consumer statutory rights or the consumer rights against the dealer from their purchase/sales agreement. This warrant will be purchasers sole and exclusive remedy and neither company nor its distributors shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damage for breach of any express or implied warranty of this product.
    OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS:
  8. WARRANTY STATUS WILL BE DECIDED BY THE SERVICE ENGINEER AFTER CHECKING THE PHONE FOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE OR ANY KIND OF LIQUID DAMAGE. THIS WILL BE INFORMED TO THE CLIENT VIA PHONE OR SMS WITH IN 24 HRS. IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER, IT’S THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO CALL THE SERVICE CENTER AFTER 24HRS TO GET THE WARRANTY STATUS.
  9. ALL OUT-OF-WARRANTY STATUS PHONES WILL BE CHARGED, AND THE PHONE WILL BE RELEASED TO THE CLIENT ONLY AFTER FULL RECEIPT OF THE PAYMENT.
  10. A minimum Time Frame of 2 working days (Kigali ONLY) FROM the DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE FAULTY PHONE AT OUR SERVICE CENTER will be required for
    Repair. FOR LOCATIONS EXCLUDING KIGALI – MINIMUM 4 WORKING DAYS WILL BE TIME FRAME FOR REPAIR FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF FAULTY UNIT AT OUR SERVICE CENTER IN KIGALI.
  11. For Replacement – Minimum of 10 Working Days will be required.
